Sissonne publishes information on its website to provide the best service to Users and permanently updates the information. However, Sissonne declines every responsibility for eventual technical inaccuracy and/or typographical errors.
Sissonne reserves the right to make corrections and changes to the website when necessary without giving prior notice.
Sissonne does not offer any guaranty that the information published on its own website is in conformity with the laws of the User’s competent jurisdiction, with the exception of the Portuguese territory.
Sissonne website is a protected site according to international Internet standards which, if used correctly, Users can be reassured not to encounter viruses. However, Sissonne declines any responsibility from eventual problems, damages, viruses or risks that the User may incur during the misuse of the website and declines any responsibility from eventual faulty operations of the website.
Sissonne reserves the right to modify the terms and the conditions contained in this legal note when necessary without giving prior notice.
The User and Sissonne agree to submit exclusively to the competent Court of Oporto, in Portugal, for any questions related to the use of Sissonne website, notwithstanding contrary imperative prediction of the Portuguese legislation, directive of the European Community or International Treaty.
Sissonne does not guarantee in any way that the material present on the website can be appropriate or of possible use in other countries, and the access to those materials from places where the relative contents are illegal is expressly prohibited. Users who choose to enter this site from said locations, do so at their own risk, and are solely responsible to respect relative local laws.

Due to computer’s color settings, browser software or computer system, the colors of the products displayed in the pictures on Sissonne website can differ from real colours. Sissonne cannot be held responsible for any such differences.
Sissonne reserves the right to inform the user, within 72 hours of the order placement, about the unavailability of any item. After informing the user about the unavailability, the contract shall be considered as automatically rescinded for the article unavailable. The cost of the unavailable article will be deducted from the statement of account of the card user, and the contract will keep and produce their normal effects regarding other articles eventually ordered, unless otherwise specified by the user.
All prices at firstname.lastname@example.org are stated in EUR €. The final price is fixed and will be charged in EUR €. The amount on your card statement will be the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the rate applied by your credit card company when your account is debited. Please note that rate used by your bank or credit card company may not be the exact rate as stated at time of purchase. The price of each product is stated excluding shipping costs but including Portuguese VAT (23%).
www.sissonne.com.pt reserves the right to change prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process.
All our prices include 23% VAT (Portuguese tax) and are applicable inside the European Community (EC). Customers outside of the European Union (EU), will have the VAT charge removed in the checkout process.
Sissonne accepts payment via Bank transfer.
Should you wish to pay by bank transfer you will be given our bank details.
All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.
We send your order to every part of the world. Depending on the shipping country, your order will have an extra cost for shipping, as follows:
– Portugal – 3.60€
– Europe – 6.80€
– Out of Europe – 16.20€
Remember, the fees indicated above cover the cost of assembling and transporting the parcel (one single fee will be charged, even if your order is delivered in several parcels).
Note: When your items are delivered, you may be liable for customs duty and/or additional taxes. We are not in a position to determine the amount of these taxes in advance (as the calculation method varies for each country).

Your order is registered and depending on the size, may not enter the post box. Therefore, we suggest you indicate a shipping address were it is more likely to have somebody available to receive it.
We sometimes offer Free Delivery on all orders. This will be clearly stated on our website. Free Delivery will be applied to your order on the payment page.
For all countries inside the European Union (EU), prices include Portuguese VAT at 23%. Customers outside of the European Union (EU), will have the VAT charge removed in the checkout process.
Orders to countries outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur in any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Portugal within 2 business days (subject to card clearance). Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with instructions on how to track and collect it. For all orders, the shipping confirmation will include carrier and tracking number information.
If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods you have the right to cancel the order. If the payment has been made in advance, your money will be refunded within 30 days. In the event of late deliveries a new delivery date will be offered. If this is not suitable then you have the right to cancel the order.
During the registration process at www.sissonne.com.ptyou will be required to register or provide your personal address information. The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address. If you wish us to ship your package to an alternative address please state that address in the checkout process. If you wish to send products to more than one address, please place one order for each address. You will be charged for shipping on each order. With the tracking number information provided with each order, you will be able to track your package at all times.
Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Orders will be shipped with Portuguese national post (CTT). Depending on the size of the package you will receive it in your mailbox or you will be asked to pick it up at your local post office. In this case you will be required a signature when delivering the goods.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization or destination customs clearance.
Sissonne insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Upon delivery the responsibility for the shipment passes to you.
If you have specified a recipient which is not you for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Sissonne and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items. Return shipment for uncollected items may be subject to additional taxes, costs or charges levied by customs or other parties, none of which will be refunded by Sissonne.
In case of Force Majeure, Sissonne’s obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and Sissonne can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Sissonne. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.
Should these unexpected circumstances occur, Sissonne will do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect unused condition accompanied by the original invoice.
Returns will only be accepted if original labels are still attached to each product and the original packaging is fully intact. Sissonne cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. Please be aware that shoes must be returned with their original packaging.
Please note that you are responsible for the returned product(s) until it reaches us. Sissonne will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. You are advised to send the package with a dispatch number so that it can be traced.
Returned merchandise shipping charges are at the customer’s expense. Any shipping or customs charges that may incur when returning the products are the customer’s responsibility. In the case of an Exchange however, Sissonne will not charge any additional charges for shipping the new items.
All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. When making a return, please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as “returned goods” on any customs or postal forms and also on the outside of the package.
A returns form will be enclosed with all your orders to make possible for you to return products. Please ensure that you fill in and enclose the returns form when returning something to us. If you have not received one, you can get a new one here. If you wish to send back the whole or part of the order we will refund the amount you have paid (excluding shipping charges). If you paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the card that you used for payment. You can find the address for returns below or on the returns form. We will not refund the cost of return-shipping costs.
Refunds for returned merchandise will be made as soon as possible, 30 days at the latest, after the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit/debit card used for the order in question. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. Also note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have, will not be refunded by Sissonne
In the case of an exchange, Sissonne will not add additional charges for shipping of the new items. For countries within the European Community (EC), VAT will be included in the refund.
All exchanges are subject to availability from our current stock at www.sissonne.com.pt.We will exchange items that are returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange. Once the exchange items are received the new items will be posted immediately. As in Returns and Refunds, all additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have, will not be refunded by Sissonne in the case of exchanged items.
In the case of an exchange, please contact us as soon as possible to reserve another product/size.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you, the Sissonne staff takes every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us at email@example.com about the fault. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you.
Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items will take place as soon as possible, 30 days period after receiving the returned products. In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the original purchaser’s credit/debit card used for the order in question to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred.
Please note that all sales of Sale items (those displaying a reduced price) are final. No exchange, credit note or refund will be offered against Sale purchases and the Returns, Refunds and Exchanges conditions will not apply.
